Important Information

• Rooms: all with balcony, mini bar, digital satellite TV, radio, safe
• Room number: unfortunately we are not able to fix a specific room number
• Arrival - departure: rooms are free from about 2 pm and should be left within 11 am. If on arrival you arrive early or on departure you leave later, you can avail yourself of the changing room so that you can take advantage of the SPA treatments from the very first moment until the very end.
• Late arrival: please give us notice if you plan to arrive after 8 pm.
• Surcharge gourmet-board: with a surcharge of € 9,00 per day we offer you a small Italian buffet for lunch from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm. You can decide if you want the gourmet-board on spot and from day to day.
• Payment: we privilege payments by cash, bank cheque or traveller cheque. We also accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and cheque cards (not for some extras!)
• Confirmation of the booking: the booking is binding only after receipt of your written confirmation followed by our written confirmation..
  
  

Notice: pets are not accepted Cancellation: if you cancel your room and in case of late arrival or early departure we charge per person and day the corresponding half board rate less € 30,00 for non-used services. This does not apply if we manage to let the room to other guests.

Non-taken meals are not refunded Cancellation insurance: we highly suggest taking out our cheap travel insurance. On request we can send you the necessary form. With publication of a new price list and in case of rise of the VAT, the above mentioned rates are no longer valid. Rates are subject to change and misprints..
